Dear Nick,
We had our best day yet today at Black Hills High School with 110 vends between the two machines, this is better than we had anticipated. Sales have been consistently very good at this location and in fact sales have been good in all of our locations. We intend to keep our customers interested in the products we sell by offering new varieties and trying new flavors of existing product lines.

FYI, Grauer school in San Diego did 40 vends for $50 yesterday... This is good location especially since they only have 150 students. I hope Pacific Ridge also turns out this way. They start school on Wednesday.

I know the install was not exactly as anticipated. Lets just hope that this one was the worse of the bunch. But your professionalism and patience was greatly appreciated and did not go unnoticed. I think I owe you more than just 1 beer!! Im sure the rest the of the installs will go much smoother as long as their elevators are working!

I just wanted to let you know how helpful Mike was today. He was great sorting out the actual locations of the machines. He went WAY above and beyond by helping us get the product to our house - we would have had a really rough time doing it without him. He was going nonstop all day; his lunch was a power bar from the GNC store. I'm very confident that he will do everything he can to make sure the installs are successful next week.
We truly appreciate that you were willing to send him up here to help as well. It can be a bit overwhelming dealing with all of the details having no experience. It says a lot about you and your level of support!
